Priscilla

Priscilla was one of Ned Kelly’s first cria on our farm. She’s a Hemingway granddaughter that was bred to our sire at the time, Smowmass XXXtreme. She gave birth to a fawn male this spring and is currently re bred to our XXXtreme replacement Snowmass Arsenal for a 2010 cria.

Priscilla is a very correct female who placed 4th at the tender age of six months at the AOBA Nationals by judge Mike Safley. He appreciated her very dense ultra fine bright fleece. Here at the farm this is what our famous sire Ned Kelly is known for – his EPD genetic excellence of predictable, bright, dense, lusterous fleeces.

Priscilla’s dam Nikkita is true black and her grandsire Specialty is medium rose gray. We are hoping the power of Arsenal’s genetic ancestry of four herd sire of the year awards including Snowmass Nova, who is true black, and Snowmass Casanova will be the recipe for success and cook up something very special.
